Orders

All new reel orders will be taken as pending until confirmation via email or letter has been received from the customer.

Enquirers concerning the details of existing reel orders will be verified after I have consulted my records and agreed the details via email or letter with the customer.

All reels are dispatched on receipt of full payment.

All reels are dispatched by Registered Post at cost on the date of dispatch.

All cheques made payable to C. W. Lythe

All reels are supplied in a heavy cotton embroided draw cord pouch.

Deposits not required / no pre-paid orders accepted.

Delivery

My reels are not made on a commercial basis, each reel is individually hand crafted with no mass production of any parts, therefore the production time can vary and will be confirmed on confirmation of your order.
