The Spitfire centrepin reel

This reel is a tribute to the classic 1939 aerial match and is a limited edition closed at 100 reels.

The reel has a 6 spoke construction with a solid back plate. The spool is in bright polished finish and has black tapered handles. The backing bowl is made from a solid block of aluminum with the foot bracket and line guard lugs machined into it. The backing bowl and 1/4 line guard are finished in black anodize. The reel is fitted with a button ‘V’ check mechanism and can be supplied in left or right hand wind.

All reels are supplied with a heavy cotton embroidered draw cord pouch and dropper bottle of Chris Lythe reel oil.
